RC53 Indigenous Politics Unit – Recent Developments in Politics, Policy, and Governance in the Study of Indigenous Politics.
Work-in-Progress Sessions were held on 16–17 July 2026.
IPSA - WiPS
Over two days, scholars from Taiwan, Brazil, Canada, and India came together for engaging discussions, thoughtful feedback, and meaningful collaborative exchange.
Chaired by Prof. Lara Greaves, Chair of RC53, the sessions provided a supportive platform for researchers to present work in progress, receive constructive feedback, and engage in comparative conversations on Indigenous politics across diverse regional and disciplinary contexts.
IPSA Colloquium took place on May 28-31, 2024, at the Moldova State University, Chișinău.
It was organised by the RC14 Politics & Ethnicity in Collaboration with RC23-Elections, Citizens and Parties, RC28-Comparative Federalism and Multilevel Governance, RC50-The Politics of Language, and RC53-Indigenous Politics.
